- Identify technically viable and commercially attractive development opportunities.
- Build frameworks, templates, and best practices for scaling the team.
- Ensure consistency, reduce project risk, and accelerate development timelines.
- Collaborate with project development, sales, and operations teams.
- Translate complex transmission concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
