- Conduct client briefing sessions and document hiring briefs for internal and client reviews.
- Draft ad copy and position descriptions for sign-off, and post ads on agreed job boards.
- Engage in passive sourcing across multiple channels (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn).
- Develop social recruitment content and manage posts on Talent Rightβs channels.
- Screen applicants and conduct initial candidate interviews, providing shortlist notes.
- Schedule client interviews and conduct pre-employment screening for candidates.
- Offer verbal feedback to unsuccessful candidates and manage timely processing of all applicants.
- Send weekly progress reports to clients and attend regular training sessions.
