Requirements:

• Intensive interviewing and sourcing experience in 360-degree full-cycle recruitment.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt quickly to new technology.
• Strong interpersonal skills, agility, and attention to detail.
• Proactive, target-driven, and a natural problem-solver with excellent customer service.
• At least 5 years in recruitment, focusing on candidate management and sourcing within ANZ or comparable regions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct client briefing sessions and document hiring briefs for internal and client reviews.
• Draft ad copy and position descriptions for sign-off, and post ads on agreed job boards.
• Engage in passive sourcing across multiple channels (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn).
• Develop social recruitment content and manage posts on Talent Right’s channels.
• Screen applicants and conduct initial candidate interviews, providing shortlist notes.
• Schedule client interviews and conduct pre-employment screening for candidates.
• Offer verbal feedback to unsuccessful candidates and manage timely processing of all applicants.
• Send weekly progress reports to clients and attend regular training sessions.
