- 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation.
- Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, or Cypress.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab).
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience handling dynamic and asynchronous content, ensuring proper synchronization and validation.
- Proven ability to optimize and execute large test suites efficiently, including parallel execution strategies.
- Strong skills in identifying and resolving flaky or intermittent test failures.
- Experience implementing automation design patterns, such as Page Object Model (POM) or Page Factory.
- Experience in implementing automation tools from initial setup to production.
- Proven ability to integrate testing tools with data warehouses.
- Hands-on experience configuring additional services necessary for automation tools.
- Demonstrated responsibility for the full technical implementation of testing tools.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during the setup and integration.
- Familiarity with tools for advanced scenarios, such as file uploads.
- Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to create and implement comprehensive test plans.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using test management tools.
- Conduct code reviews of automated test scripts to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Execute performance, functional, regression, and integration testing to uncover issues early in the development cycle.
- Monitor and maintain the automated testing environment, including continuous integration pipelines.
- Analyze test results and provide clear, actionable feedback to the development team.
- Mentor and support junior QA team members in their testing efforts.
- Continuously enhance testing processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
