- Review digital and physical marketing content to ensure relevant compliance requirements are met.
- Support product registrations in various countries and states.
- Support the planning and execution of product trials and regulatory inspections.
- Keep up to date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines.
- Assist with requirements for labelling, storage, and packaging, and review product labels and other claims.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and assist with the internal complaints process.
- Support the Quality team with HACCP policy and other quality requirements.
- Review claims substantiation and research potential product risks, reporting and advising accordingly.
- Maintain regulatory databases, trackers, and a knowledge database.
- Support market and product-category expansions and cooperate with New Product Development and Quality teams on product launches.
