Job Details

Experience: 2 -3 years plus proven experience in a Regulatory/ Compliance environment
Required Skills: Microsoft Office

Have 2–3+ years of proven experience in a regulatory or compliance environment.
Bring knowledge of product compliance, including labels, creatives, social media, and blogs.
Have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and willingness to learn additional software.
Food, pharma, animal feed, or supplement-sector experience is highly advantageous.
Experience working with regulatory agencies is advantageous.
Experience with AI tools and systems, including potential applications in compliance and regulatory processes, is an advantage.
Demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
Manage multiple tasks, changing priorities, deadlines, and fast-paced work effectively.

Review digital and physical marketing content to ensure relevant compliance requirements are met.
Support product registrations in various countries and states.
Support the planning and execution of product trials and regulatory inspections.
Keep up to date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines.
Assist with requirements for labelling, storage, and packaging, and review product labels and other claims.
Liaise with regulatory authorities and assist with the internal complaints process.
Support the Quality team with HACCP policy and other quality requirements.
Review claims substantiation and research potential product risks, reporting and advising accordingly.
Maintain regulatory databases, trackers, and a knowledge database.
Support market and product-category expansions and cooperate with New Product Development and Quality teams on product launches.
