- Must have experience leading tech or fintech sales initiatives in the LATAM market, and scaling it to at least $100M in revenue.
- Demonstrated success meeting/exceeding quarterly and annual new business sales targets.
- Proven track record of filling the sales funnel with qualified leads and nurturing those leads through the sales cycle.
- Success in driving customer expansion and advocating for customers' unique needs.
- Solid understanding of Brazilian regulated payment services and financial services landscape, particularly with respect to fintech.
- Past experience in engaging with financial and legal regulators and managing a business subject to regulatory oversight.
- Excellent business communication skills in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
- Good understanding of operations within a regulated financial services business.
- Keen interest in crypto/blockchain with familiarity of staking.
- Experience in working with a multi-national & North American headquartered business.
- Drive business growth in the LATAM region by identifying and executing on new opportunities to increase revenue for our institutional staking business.
- Support major regulatory/policy efforts to ensure compliance with applicable local requirements.
- Represent Figment in media engagements, conferences, industry forums, and meetings with clients and regulators.
- Collaborate with US and Canada teams to inform product adaptation to regional client needs.
- Provide insights on regional market trends and competitive dynamics to Figment's leadership.
