  • Follows up with brokers and underwriters for key documentation.
  • Issues policies in a timely manner.
  • Maintains electronic files and policy checklist documents.
  • Reviews complex insurance submissions for M&A transactions and tax risks.
  • Prepares a daily summary of new submissions for underwriters.
  • Assists underwriters with e-filing and other necessary tasks.
  • Performs other assigned duties.
