- Produce standard operational procedure documents and manage them daily to ensure high customer service standards.
- Oversee the planning and execution of daily routes.
- Monitor real-time tracking systems for timely deliveries.
- Conduct regular operations inspections and share analysis reports.
- Ensure systems are updated accurately and on time.
- Identify training needs for direct reports and coordinate with HR.
- Train and develop direct reports.
- Stay informed on industry trends and implement relevant technology.
- Coordinate with Tech team on new functions.
- Support management in developing customized solutions for customers.
- Adhere to shipping and handling legislation and corporate policies.
- Manage day-to-day operations to meet customer SLAs.
- Ensure team meets KPIs and performance targets.
- Resolve operational, systems, and customer issues promptly.
- Coordinate with customer service to address customer issues.
- Ensure end-of-month billing is processed accurately and timely.
