Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle payroll with a focus on US multi-state payroll; Canadian experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience in global payroll operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Process semi-monthly payroll for US and Canadian employees, ensuring accurate calculations, adjustments, and deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and stay updated on relevant payroll laws.
  • Support EMEA/APAC payroll operations when needed.
  • Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and reports, including year-end payroll filings.
  • Maintain payroll records, data integrity, and conduct regular audits and reconciliations and assist with internal and external audits.
  • Liaise with the People team to execute accurate benefits and deductions and manage pension programs and related deductions.
  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Coordinate with Finance, People, and IT departments to implement system updates and improvements.
