- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of management experience
- Previous experience with recruiter metrics, internet sourcing skills, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage hiring of multiple concurrent positions
- Excellent communication skills both verbally (over the phone or in-person), and in basic business writing such as letters, job postings, marketing materials, etc.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Ability to build strong, productive relationships with hiring managers
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability
- Ability to adapt within a continually evolving environment using proven time management skills and sense of urgency
- Ability to obtain a secret clearance
- Manage a team of recruiters and internal customers in ensuring positive team culture, performance, change management, and PTO management.
- Oversee recruiting operations, including internal mobility, internships, functional teams, vendor relations, and SkillBridge military hiring programs.
- Coach, motivate, and support team members, providing feedback and development opportunities.
- Ensure the successful execution of end-to-end recruiting solutions and delivery of team hiring goals and deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners through a consultative approach.
- Regularly track and share pipeline activity with stakeholders, using data to inform decisions on business processes and approaches.
- Initiate and implement recruitment strategies to increase the talent pool and pipelines.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiencies, removing roadblocks to team success.
- Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates for direct hire and contingent opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Proposal team to identify and secure key personnel for proposal submissions.
- Partner with People Operations team to manage candidate processing and onboarding, ensuring accurate completion of all required paperwork.
- Act as a recruiting subject matter expert, advising leadership on best practices.
