Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Accompany the CEO on sales calls to provide insights and support in securing new clients.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations and materials.
• Follow up with potential clients and manage client relationships.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to source talent for VA roles.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive market research.
• Collaborate with the CEO and other team members to understand client needs and recruitment requirements.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment progress and sales activities.
