Requirements:

• 5+ years in DeFi and/or TradFi BD, with a track record of closing significant deals.
• A strong network in both DeFi and TradFi, with established connections with institutions, venture capital firms, and regulatory bodies.
• Demonstrated leadership in fundraising efforts, securing substantial investments and funding rounds.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals and secure partnerships with key market players.
• A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and driven by the pursuit of big opportunities.
• A deep, practical understanding of the DeFi landscape, including familiarity with various blockchains, DeFi protocols, and basic on-chain analytics.
• Embodies prePO's values of integrity, innovation, and collective success, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Forge strong relationships with institutional investors, VCs, and traditional financial institutions.
• Drive fundraising initiatives to secure strategic investments vital for prePO's growth.
• Manage investor relations, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
• Identify and engage high-profile market players to drive liquidity and market adoption.
• Pursue and close high-value deals to accelerate growth opportunities.
• Cultivate ongoing relationships with key players in the Web3 ecosystem for future collaborations.
• Develop and execute BD strategies within the DeFi ecosystem.
• Collaborate with prePO's leadership and teams to align on strategic goals.
