Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating your experience in software application design.
- Minimum 6 years of UX experience.
- Ability to clearly express yourself both in person and on paper.
- Extremely comfortable presenting work to clients and sharing feedback with team members.
- Strong grasp of HTML & CSS, design systems, and other fundamental concepts.
- Experience with creating user stories, conducting research, and developing user personas.
- Must be able to travel to customer or other work-related locations from time to time.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the work produced is effective and intelligent while working with a team of other product designers and developers.
- Responsible for creating better, more forward-thinking work.
- Lead research and strategy, information architecture, and interaction design to create cutting-edge graphical user interfaces on multiple platforms.
- Collaborate closely with clients throughout the entire lifecycle of the project.
- Mentor designers to help them reach their full potential.
- Develop concepts for enterprises and start-ups alike.
- Work with project management to create digital experiences on time and on budget.
