Requirements:

• Portfolio demonstrating your experience in software application design.
• Minimum 6 years of UX experience.
• Ability to clearly express yourself both in person and on paper.
• Extremely comfortable presenting work to clients and sharing feedback with team members.
• Strong grasp of HTML & CSS, design systems, and other fundamental concepts.
• Experience with creating user stories, conducting research, and developing user personas.
• Must be able to travel to customer or other work-related locations from time to time.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the work produced is effective and intelligent while working with a team of other product designers and developers.
• Responsible for creating better, more forward-thinking work.
• Lead research and strategy, information architecture, and interaction design to create cutting-edge graphical user interfaces on multiple platforms.
• Collaborate closely with clients throughout the entire lifecycle of the project.
• Mentor designers to help them reach their full potential.
• Develop concepts for enterprises and start-ups alike.
• Work with project management to create digital experiences on time and on budget.
