Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in business operations, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
• Proven track record of driving operational improvements and managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience with SaaS metrics and a deep understanding of SaaS business models.
• Strong analytical skills, interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in project management and operational tools (e.g., Hubspot, Rocketlane).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies that support the company’s goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with senior management to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational benchmarks.
• Lead initiatives to improve business processes, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Work closely with product, sales, customer success, and finance teams to ensure smooth, efficient workflows.
• Manage the business operations budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and monitor the performance of operational processes.
• Assist Customer Success team with quote to invoice process for renewals.
• Lead or support cross-functional projects that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
