Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in web development with a strong focus on JavaScript frameworks, particularly Vue.js.
• Proven experience in designing, building, and maintaining complex web applications that scale.
• Deep understanding of the web stack, including HTTP, CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, and modern web development tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for tackling challenging technical problems.
• Experience with performance optimization, including identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions.
• A track record of leading and mentoring other engineers.
• Experience working in agile development environments and using tools like Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• A proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and working with cloud services (AWS preferred).
• BS/MS in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of web features and platforms using Vue.js, ensuring best practices in code quality, security, and performance.
• Take ownership of entire projects or major components, driving them from inception through delivery and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality web applications.
• Provide mentorship to other engineers, sharing knowledge and enhancing technical skills.
• Continuously monitor and optimize web applications to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Vue.js and related technologies.
• Champion cross-functional projects to enhance the web platform.
