Backend Software Engineer, Trading Infrastructure

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in designing and implementing trading systems in traditional finance or cryptocurrency.
• Deep knowledge of order types, routing, and exchange management.
• Experience building high performance, low latency distributed trading systems.
• 8-10 years of hands-on software engineering experience, with preference for Golang, C#, or Java.
• Self-starter with a focus on project execution and code quality.

Responsibilities:

• Work on features to increase the speed and functionality of our trading infrastructure.
• Contribute to new trading algorithms, exchange integrations, and performance improvements.
• Assist the CTO office in influencing system architecture and roadmap.
• Collaborate with Product Management to plan new features and optimize service performance.
• Solve complex problems beyond the local environment.
