Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. CPA preferred. 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 1 year in a similar role. Experience in guiding and mentoring accounting teams. Experience in fast-paced technology or professional services environments. Advanced+ Excel skills. Familiarity with QuickBooks Online, Xero, Netsuite, Bill.com, Gusto, Expensify, Carta. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Independent judgment and ability to manage multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
Manage all general accounting functions including month-end close, reconciliations, and variance analysis. Prepare consolidated client financials with analysis and comparisons. Set client accounting and tax policies and implement revenue recognition policies. Direct activities related to cash management and forecasting. Build financial models to aid client operations. Analyze operations for cost efficiencies and implement solutions. Create and manage KPI Dashboards and oversee payroll and HR responsibilities. Ensure compliance with client tax matters and manage financial audits.
