• You live in the APAC Region in the UTC + 8 to UTC + 14 time zones.
• You are comfortable working 8 hours per weekend, including at least one shift on Saturday or Sunday.
• You have amazing written English skills, including proper grammar and punctuation.
• You empathize with customers and love troubleshooting.
• You are detail-oriented and able to provide detailed customer responses.
• You understand how digital assets work, including security and network fees.
• You are tech-savvy with general computer knowledge.
• You are a self-starter that thrives in a remote work environment.
• You can manage competing priorities effectively.
• You are highly coachable and take responsibility for your actions.
