Requirements
- Prior experience working in a security software product company, preferably in the Identity and Access Management domain.
- Minimum of 6 – 9 years of relevant work experience in similar roles.
- Ability to build customer centric use cases to enhance test quality.
- Experience working in a quality engineering team across multiple product lines.
- Test Automation experience using tools like Selenium, RestAssured and languages like Python.
- Ability to own, plan, and manage quality engineering activities.
- Experience with Quality Engineering metrics and reporting for releases/sprints.
- Experience with Javascript and React based frontend application testing.
- Understanding and practice of agile development methodology.
- Ability to analyze incoming issues and challenge processes to improve quality.
- Good collaboration and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring Quality standards across various projects in Britive by adhering to quality engineering practices, testing and release planning.
- Performing manual testing and maintaining quality standards of software.
- Collaborating with QA team members, development, UI/UX engineers, and project managers for user experience.
- Analyzing product requirements and developing test designs, including test strategy and setups.
- Reviewing all product artifacts related to testing.
- Involved in quality engineering activities and performance testing.
- Continually working to improve metrics gathering and quality initiatives.
