Requirements:

BS degree or higher in computer science or related field.
8+ years of experience in software engineering.
6+ years of Salesforce Developer Experience and participation in agile development teams.
Experience leading discovery and implementing multiple Salesforce cloud engagements and communities.
Strong knowledge in Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, and UI Frameworks.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Salesforce declarative solutions, customizations, applications, extensions, and integrations.
Perform code reviews, ad-hoc pair programming, and contribute to tool and process improvements.
Develop and enhance CI/CD workflow tools and processes.
Lead and mentor a team of 5-8 junior engineers.
Analyze business requirements and architect solutions in collaboration with product partners.
