Requirements
- Have 7+ years of Product Design experience.
- Bring a strong portfolio of high-consideration consumer e-commerce, travel/hospitality, or marketplace experiences.
- Show measurable revenue or conversion lift from prior work.
- Understand consumer purchasing psychology and be able to explain why a high-performing page works.
- Demonstrate mastery of visual design, interaction design, and responsive design.
- Understand web performance and be comfortable iterating quickly with engineers and product managers.
- Work with AI workflows and be able to implement prototypes.
- Use quantitative data, including funnel metrics, A/B testing, and product analytics, alongside qualitative insights to validate decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own the evolve.com path to purchase across search, listing pages, and checkout.
- Design search, filtering, recommendation, and AI trip-planning patterns for finding homes and alternatives.
- Create clear pricing architecture, fee structures, and value propositions that build guest confidence.
- Optimize the end-to-end mobile web transaction flow for speed, clarity, and support at moments of hesitation.
- Design guest lifecycle touchpoints, including promotional incentives, cart recovery, referrals, and repeat-stay loops.
- Prototype rapidly, launch A/B tests, and make decisions with the product pod.
- Analyze funnel drop-offs, user research, and unit economics to identify friction and prioritize solutions.
