Requirements
- Have experience implementing software solutions for customers in a SaaS environment.
- Bring experience working with independent schools; this is strongly preferred.
- Have experience building, documenting, and refining scalable workflows and systems.
- Have experience creating onboarding playbooks, knowledge bases, or training materials for scaled implementations.
- Be comfortable navigating integrations and APIs and troubleshooting implementation issues.
- Be able to manage onboarding projects with structured processes, timelines, and measurable milestones.
- Be able to identify inefficiencies and implement repeatable process improvements.
- Be familiar with partner onboarding tools such as Vitally, Monday.com, or Smartsheet, or CRMs such as Salesforce.
- Be willing to attend company-wide and team-specific onsites and visit each school during onboarding.
- Higher education experience is a plus; familiarity with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT or Veracross is also a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main partner contact during onboarding, primarily for independent schools.
- Guide partners through implementation, timelines, and platform adoption, then hand them off to their Partner Success Manager.
- Streamline onboarding workflows to shorten implementation timelines and accelerate partner time-to-value.
- Work with Product to identify and prioritize enhancements to the onboarding experience.
- Develop onboarding processes, documentation, templates, and best practices for independent schools, adapting them for higher education partners as needed.
- Collaborate with Success Operations, Sales, Product, and Partner Operations to coordinate handoffs and address partner needs.
- Provide tailored guidance, solve partner challenges, and build relationships during onboarding.
- Visit every school during its onboarding period and track onboarding metrics and partner feedback.
- Recommend and implement improvements to onboarding and partner satisfaction.
