Experience: 5+ years of full stack development experience; 5 + years of related experience; 3+ years of hands-on React development.

Have 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
Have 3+ years of hands-on React development experience.
Hold a bachelor's degree.
Have a strong background in Java-based web development and distributed systems.
Have experience building production-grade React applications, including components, routing, state management, APIs, and optimization.
Have experience using AI-assisted development tools for design, implementation, testing, and troubleshooting.
Understand application architecture and modern design patterns.
Be proficient with Git, branching strategies, code reviews, and CI/CD.
Have experience leading engineering teams or mentoring developers.
Be familiar with AWS or other cloud platforms.
Have experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred: AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification, AWS SDK integration, scalable RESTful services, Section 508 accessibility standards and testing tools, and modern UI/UX principles.

Build and enhance core services supporting customer intake, screening, and data dissemination.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and architectural issues.
Work end-to-end across the stack and own implementation.
Propose data-driven solutions that operate effectively at scale.
Collaborate in a fast-paced, technical environment.
Lead and mentor developers and deliver software solutions.
