Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience in program management.
- Have 3+ years of experience delivering projects or programs.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive program improvements is a bonus.
- Experience in a fast-paced operations environment is a bonus.
- Experience executing enterprise-wide initiatives, including defining project plans, coordinating resources, managing implementation activities, and developing rollout and ongoing-support processes, is a bonus.
- A master's degree is a bonus.
- PMP or other program management certifications are a bonus.
- Lean or Six Sigma certifications are a bonus.
- Healthcare experience in health insurance, health systems, or healthcare consulting is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end cross-functional implementations and projects, including project planning, stakeholder engagement, collaboration, edge-case mitigation, and on-time completion.
- Create, gather, analyze, and interpret data and metrics to evaluate departmental performance.
- Assist in developing departmental metrics and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to formulate implementation, communications, and program strategies.
- Lead change management and risk mitigation initiatives.
- Oversee team members when applicable, mentor them, and support their professional development.
