Requirements
- Have 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Provide a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application design.
- Bring strong product sensibilities and a mix of B2B and B2C experience.
- Have experience with advertising tooling; this is a plus.
- Be comfortable with complexity and finding clarity in ambiguous situations.
- Have strong communication skills for working closely with partners across the company.
Responsibilities
- Understand the needs of a broad range of advertisers and translate them into easy-to-use features.
- Drive alignment across teams through exploration, storytelling, communication, and presentation to peers and leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve Reddit’s ads platform and ad experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, data scientists, and other cross-functional partners to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Execute across the design lifecycle, from early concepts and systems thinking through detailed workflows and polished delivery.
- Design reporting, account management, and billing experiences that help businesses understand performance, optimize outcomes, and manage accounts, permissions, and identity.
