Requirements
- Have senior- or staff-level product experience with complex, technical products.
- Bring experience with B2B platforms, APIs, or developer-facing tools as a plus; this experience is not required.
- Break down complex user journeys, understand their performance, and use insights to improve conversion in owned funnels.
- Have shipped user-facing interfaces at scale and care about product craft and detail.
- Reason about systems and shape primitives for scalable, flexible products.
- Work closely with engineers on data models, APIs, and architecture trade-offs.
- Prototype and test ideas quickly, and use AI in your work where relevant.
- Clearly communicate strategies, reasoning, and decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Connect product engineering team, responsible for Duna’s Onboard and Lifecycle products.
- Contribute to Duna’s product strategy alongside the founders and first Product Manager.
- Set and execute conversion outcomes for customer onboarding funnels.
- Shape customer integration options, from API-first approaches and embedded components to Duna-hosted onboarding.
- Work with engineering and design to turn customer feedback into product experiences for customers and their users.
- Set and improve onboarding quality across customer configurations and interfaces used by thousands of businesses each month.
