Requirements
- Know risk management frameworks.
- Understand the BCM lifecycle, including risk assessment and recovery strategies.
- Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Use Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and charts.
- Have experience drafting and updating resilience plans and training materials.
- Have hands-on experience with Everbridge for crisis management and incident response.
- Be familiar with ITIL and ISO 22301.
- Have experience with ServiceNow.
- Have professional English proficiency in a business context.
- Have general knowledge of IT Operations and IT Continuity Service Management.
- Have stakeholder management experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) to assess potential impacts of disruptions.
- Develop, update, and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) for operational recovery.
- Design and deliver training programs on crisis management protocols.
- Promote preparedness through awareness campaigns.
- Create and maintain documentation required by the Operational Resilience Framework.
