Requirements
- Have experience leading Data teams at Director level or above.
- Have hired, developed, and retained high-performing Data teams, including individual contributors and managers.
- Bring a hands-on Data Science background.
- Have deep experience in marketing measurement and experimentation.
- Choose appropriate methods to guide investment and growth decisions.
- Have led company- or division-level goal-setting, defining metrics and targets with Finance.
- Translate complex business challenges into technical solutions and actionable recommendations.
- Build relationships across business areas and influence senior stakeholders, including ExCo and C-level leaders.
- Use data to challenge thinking, navigate trade-offs, and improve decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture a diverse data team to support marketing and product-driven growth investments.
- Work with Growth and Marketing leadership to set the overall direction.
- Lead the team in creating insights, data products, and intelligent systems.
- Define global marketing strategy and product growth strategy.
- Guide decisions on growing different markets and customer segments.
- Advance measurement precision to improve confidence in investment decisions.
- Balance marketing-led and product-driven growth.
- Develop a deep understanding of network effects and their role.
