Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Have 12+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise software applications.
- Have experience in a technical lead, solution architect, team lead, or Scrum leadership role.
- Bring extensive experience with .NET, .NET Framework, .NET 8+, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core Web API, C#, SQL Server, and Entity Framework.
- Have experience deploying and supporting cloud-native applications in AWS, including EKS, ECR, and PostgreSQL.
- Have experience with microservices, distributed systems, event-driven solutions, and containerized applications.
- Understand AWS services and DevOps tooling, including container orchestration, serverless computing, CI/CD, AI/ML services, and infrastructure as code.
- Have experience integrating automated application, Section 508, and security testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Apply Agile Scrum methods and support ceremonies, backlog management, and sprint execution.
- Have experience with DevSecOps, source control, and automated deployments using GitHub, AWS DevOps, GitLab, or similar tools.
- Have experience designing, developing, and consuming REST-based APIs and service-oriented architectures.
- Have experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, enterprise database design, data integration, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software engineers and development teams.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, stakeholders, and technical teams to refine requirements and deliver sprint commitments.
- Participate in architecture and design for enterprise web applications, APIs, cloud-native solutions, and microservices platforms.
- Coordinate Agile Scrum team activities with government teams and supporting vendor resources.
- Design and develop .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs, and Entity Framework.
- Design RESTful services, integrations, and data exchange solutions across enterprise systems.
- Build AWS cloud-native solutions, including containerized and serverless architectures, CI/CD automation, and event-driven integrations.
- Develop and maintain single-page applications using Angular and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, infrastructure automation, and DevSecOps processes.
- Support database design, optimization, reporting, and data integration using SQL Server and related technologies.
