Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree.
- Have at least 4 years of direct experience supporting management consulting and/or technology transformation initiatives.
- Have at least 1 year of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.
- Hold the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
- Hold the ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification.
- Understand the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Have experience with ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), and Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills for presenting information to senior client stakeholders.
- Have analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Be able to collaborate with diverse teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across federal agencies.
- Work with clients and internal teams to understand business challenges and identify ServiceNow solutions.
- Translate stakeholder needs into functional requirements and actionable development stories.
- Collaborate with development teams during implementation to ensure solutions align with business expectations.
- Support testing and validation of completed user stories against requirements.
- Prepare, maintain, and communicate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Engage with client stakeholders, including senior leadership, to communicate progress and clarify requirements.
- Contribute structured analysis and practical recommendations to business and technology transformation initiatives.
