Requirements
- Have 3-5+ years of experience designing digital products.
- Provide a strong portfolio demonstrating clean UI design for software platforms, B2B or B2C.
- Have deep proficiency with Figma.
- Have a solid understanding of UX principles and responsive design.
- Be able to work independently in remote, agile environments.
- Be comfortable managing end-to-end design work with autonomy.
- Experience designing for AI/ML applications is a nice-to-have.
- Familiarity or interest in generative UI patterns is a nice-to-have.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS or front-end collaboration is a nice-to-have.
- Experience designing SaaS platforms, marketplaces, or productivity tools is a nice-to-have.
- Familiarity with Linear, Notion, and Slack is a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Design clean, user-friendly interfaces in Figma for web applications and AI-powered tools.
- Collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders to bring concepts to life.
- Build and maintain evolving design systems.
- Support internal product development and external client design projects.
- Iterate quickly based on feedback, prototypes, and product usage.
- Help conceptualize UI patterns for generative and LLM-based experiences.
