Requirements
- Have proven experience as a product designer and a portfolio of shipped work.
- Have taken product work from concept through launch, then iterated and improved it.
- Be able to turn vision and ambiguity into solutions and drive work to completion with minimal hand-holding.
- Be comfortable owning outcomes in a startup environment with limited certainty.
- Demonstrate strong UI quality and interaction detail.
- Be comfortable helping run user research and drawing insight from direct conversations.
- Bring analytical skills, structure, and organization to your work.
- Explain and defend design decisions verbally and visually.
- Have above-average, in-depth skill in Figma, FigJam, and AI tools such as Claude.
- Have intermediate design system experience.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Own significant parts of the product, from early exploration through shipped, polished UI.
- Turn direction and ambiguity into clear, shippable solutions.
- Take product problems from concept to launch and iteration.
- Help plan and run user research and translate findings into product decisions.
- Partner with developers to ship and maintain a high UI bar.
- Collaborate with the Design Lead, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Use AI tools such as Claude for research synthesis, exploration, and production.
- Communicate design decisions and rationale to the team.
