Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of professional experience implementing and administering IT infrastructure, or comparable experience.
- Bring experience with ABM and MDM solutions for automating onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Have experience administering applications including the Atlassian stack, such as Jira and Confluence.
- Have experience with SaaS tools including Google Workspace, Lever, Slack, Personio, and Zoom.
- Have experience with identity providers such as Okta, OneLogin, or Google IAM.
- Have scripting or programming knowledge in Python and Terminal/PowerShell.
- Speak fluent English; basic German knowledge is preferred.
- Have problem-solving, logical-thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Administer central IT services and processes, including a range of SaaS applications.
- Perform maintenance tasks such as application upgrades, operating-system vulnerability remediation, and asset management.
- Provide internal IT and application support by resolving incidents.
- Collect and evaluate logs and conduct root-cause analyses.
- Manage work independently and continually improve the infrastructure.
- Provide users with self-service functions to help them return to work quickly.
