Requirements
- Have 7+ years in QA and test automation.
- Bring strong Python and SQL skills.
- Have experience with data pipelines, ETL/ELT, data warehouses, and OLAP.
- Have experience with Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar technologies.
- Have proven experience designing automation frameworks.
- Have experience with CI/CD and release management.
- Have practical experience with AI tools such as Cursor, Augment, or Gemini.
- Have strong English communication skills.
- Currently reside in Europe or be willing and able to relocate to Europe.
Responsibilities
- Define the data testing and automation strategy.
- Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks.
- Test backend systems, data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data transformations.
- Validate data using complex SQL queries.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Establish QA standards and review practices.
- Manage release readiness and Go/No-Go decisions.
- Use AI tools and LLMs to accelerate test creation and debugging.
