Requirements
- Have hands-on experience in manual and automated testing of web applications and APIs.
- Have a solid grasp of testing fundamentals, test design techniques, and the software development lifecycle.
- Have experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar tools.
- Have programming skills sufficient to write and maintain automated tests.
- Be able to produce clear test documentation and reproducible bug reports.
- Have experience with DevTools, API clients such as Postman, and issue-tracking systems.
- Know Git and understand CI/CD principles.
- Use AI tools confidently and regularly in QA processes; this is a mandatory requirement.
- Critically evaluate AI output and follow rules for handling confidential data.
- Bring attention to detail, independence, and the ability to make a well-reasoned case for issues found.
- Experience testing back-office systems, internal admin panels, or enterprise applications with complex business processes is nice to have.
- Experience verifying role models, access permissions, approval workflows, and audit logs is nice to have.
- Knowledge of SQL and experience validating data correctness are nice to have.
- Experience working with logs and monitoring tools is nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
- Develop and maintain automated tests for UI and API.
- Analyze requirements, surface ambiguities, and design test scenarios.
- Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and test data.
- Report defects clearly, verify fixes, and track issues through resolution.
- Decide which checks are worth automating and integrate automated tests into CI/CD.
- Use AI tools to prepare test scenarios, write automated tests, analyze failures, and speed up routine tasks while verifying their output.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and the product team.
