Requirements
- Bring hands-on experience in Data Engineering and developing production-ready solutions.
- Have strong SQL and Python programming skills.
- Have experience with at least one of Databricks, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric.
- Understand Data Lake and Lakehouse architectures.
- Have practical experience designing and developing ETL/ELT processes.
- Have experience integrating and transforming data from multiple sources.
- Have at least 2–3 years of experience in enterprise environments or projects of comparable scale and complexity.
- Have very good English communication skills.
- Work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and collaborate with technical and business teams.
- PySpark and Apache Spark experience is a plus.
- Experience preparing data for AI applications, LLMs, or RAG systems is a plus.
- Experience with financial, tax, or regulatory data is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data integration and processing solutions.
- Build, optimize, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Work with Databricks, Snowflake, and Microsoft Fabric data platforms.
- Process, transform, and integrate data from multiple business systems.
- Build data layers that support business applications and AI solutions.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with AI Engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Contribute to scalable data architecture design for enterprise environments.
