Job Details

Requirements

  • Bring direct senior leadership experience inside a B2B real-money game provider, specifically in slots, instant or crash games.
  • Have a track record of building a provider from the ground up or materially scaling a provider, game portfolio or commercial distribution.
  • Bring an active network of operators, aggregators and platforms, supported by completed launches, live integrations and revenue-producing relationships.
  • Have owned P&L or had comparable responsibility for the economics and performance of a business as a whole.
  • Demonstrate hands-on management through examples of diagnosing and resolving delivery, commercial or organisational bottlenecks.
  • Show product-market judgement about game and provider performance in specific GEOs, and how game mechanics and mathematics affect commercial outcomes.
  • Have experience hiring, developing and leading a core team and establishing practical management routines.
  • Have a career track record consistent with taking on a multi-year business-building assignment.
  • A current or former game-provider CEO or Co-founder is the ideal background; a provider CCO or COO with genuine P&L ownership, cross-functional leadership and business-building experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an evidence-based market thesis covering priority GEOs, customer segments, competitors, portfolio positioning and distribution channels.
  • Build the operating model, leadership structure and game-production system needed to launch and scale the provider.
  • Agree and manage the game release roadmap, quality controls and annual release cadence.
  • Take initial games through production, certification, integration, operator launch and monetisation.
  • Develop a qualified commercial pipeline of operators, aggregators and platform partners.
  • Drive commercial activity from qualified lead through contract, integration, launch, game visibility, promotional support and revenue.
  • Secure operator lobby placements and promotional commitments.
  • Own the P&L, cash plan, financial forecasting and unit economics by game, operator, GEO and distribution channel.
  • Propose organisational and leadership changes to the Board and implement agreed decisions.
  • Create a management dashboard with delivery, distribution, player, revenue and reliability metrics; use AI where it measurably improves production time, cost or throughput without compromising quality, compliance or originality.
