Requirements
- Have hands-on integration experience with Infor LN or Infor M3; experience with both is ideal.
- Have built Infor interfaces, such as M3 MI programs and MEC mappings, or LN BDEs/BOIs and 4GL extensions.
- Have working knowledge of Infor OS and ION, including ION Desk, BODs, and the ION API Gateway.
- Understand Infor purchase-to-pay data, including suppliers, purchase orders, receipts, and supplier invoice matching.
- Have solid programming skills in at least one backend language; Go is used for integrations, and experience with Java, C#, or Python is also suitable.
- Have a degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Work in a structured, self-reliant way; client-facing experience is preferred.
- For the Integration Engineer level, have 2+ years of hands-on integration work, including Infor LN or M3.
- For the Senior Integration Engineer level, have 5+ years of hands-on integration work, including several years with Infor LN or M3.
- For the Senior Integration Engineer level, have coached or mentored engineers and be able to own integrations end to end and take on complex customer cases.
Responsibilities
- Own integrations with Infor LN and M3 and ensure their market fit, usability, and reliability.
- Design and implement interfaces using REST, SOAP, direct database access, and file transfers.
- Explore new ERP systems and determine suitable connection methods.
- Build ERP integrations, often in close collaboration with pilot customers.
- Own existing integrations end to end, resolve issues, and document them for teammates.
- Enable technical project managers to consult on, install, and configure mature integrations.
