Requirements
- Prior customer service, sales, or hospitality experience is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers with questions and identify relevant coverage gaps, discounts, and renewal changes.
- Answer inbound calls from policyholders requesting changes.
- Learn the insurance products available from a large panel of insurance companies and help customers navigate the app.
- Resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
- Share customer feedback and suggestions with the team to help improve the product.
