- Have strong skills in GDS Sabre.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming requests from key client travelers through phone, email, and other channels.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level travelers and provide active travel consultation.
- Use BCD Travel tools and systems to complete customer requests.
- Search for and confirm travel reservations.
- Guide customers according to client travel policies and provide consistent consultation.
- Fulfill requests related to travel regulations, including DOT, TSA, passports, and visas.
- Apply travel supplier rules when managing requests.
- Maintain and communicate knowledge of supported travel industries and seek to expand it.
- Provide travel details and upsell related products.
