- Experience in VIP travel.
- Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes.
- Strong skills in GDS Sabre.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Work the stated schedule of Wednesday to Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CT.
- Be flexible regarding work schedules, which may include day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as determined by business needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-touch service to key client travelers.
- Handle incoming requests accurately and efficiently across phone, email, and other channels.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level travelers.
- Provide active travel consultation, including travel details and related product recommendations.
- Use BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests.
- Search for and confirm customer travel reservations.
- Guide customers using client travel policies and provide consistent consultation.
- Fulfill requests related to regulations such as DOT, TSA, passports, and visas.
- Apply knowledge of travel supplier rules.
- Maintain and communicate knowledge of the travel industries supported.
