Requirements

Have solid experience as a Staff or Senior Staff Product Designer and be able to deliver at a high level from day one.
Provide a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI and visual design.
Demonstrate complex problem-solving.
Bring motivation to seek out new ways of working and challenge the status quo.
Nice to have: experience designing internal tools, B2B platforms, or solutions for specialized professional audiences.
Nice to have: experience working with AI-driven products or a deep understanding of integrating AI features into user experiences.
Nice to have: a track record of connecting design deliverables and visual refinements to business metrics and operational efficiency.
Nice to have: negotiation skills to bridge Operations requirements and Engineering feasibility through design artifacts.
Nice to have: advanced English skills.

Responsibilities

Raise the bar for visual and interaction design across the Agents ecosystem.
Create refined, usable interfaces beyond the Design System.
Build fast, functional prototypes to validate hypotheses with the Agent community.
Incorporate AI tools into the daily workflow to increase speed, quality, and iteration cycles.
Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Product Management.
Translate complex business rules and operational needs into tangible solutions.
