Requirements
- Have solid experience as a Staff or Senior Staff Product Designer.
- Be capable of delivering at a very high level from day one.
- Provide a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI and visual design.
- Demonstrate complex problem-solving in design work.
- Bring motivation to seek new ways of working and challenge the status quo.
- Prior experience designing internal tools, B2B platforms, or solutions for specialized professional audiences is a nice-to-have.
- Experience with AI-driven products or a deep understanding of integrating AI features into user experiences is a nice-to-have.
- A track record of connecting design deliverables and visual refinements to business metrics and operational efficiency is a nice-to-have.
- Negotiation skills for reconciling Operations requirements with Engineering feasibility are a nice-to-have.
- Advanced English skills are a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Raise the bar for visual and interaction design across the Agents ecosystem, including work beyond the Design System.
- Build functional prototypes to validate hypotheses with the Agent community.
- Incorporate AI tools into the daily workflow to increase speed, quality, and iteration cycles.
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Product Management.
- Translate complex business rules and operational needs into tangible design solutions.
