Requirements
- Hold an active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent.
- Be licensed in the state where this role is posted.
- Be fluent in English and Spanish and able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish.
- Have a master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
- Be comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
- Experience with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
- Medicare billing experience is a plus.
- For 1099 contractor roles, the stated starting commitment is 15 hours per week; W2 employee roles start at 25 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults via telehealth.
- Conduct full therapy sessions fluently in Spanish and meet patients in their language and cultural context.
- Build individualized treatment plans around each patient’s goals and needs.
- Manage a caseload and make clinical decisions with support from the care team.
- Complete documentation in the EMR, using AI-assisted notes.
- Join regular, paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders.
