Requirements
- Be located in the United States.
- Hold an active, independent clinical license in the state where this role is posted (Florida).
- Qualifying licenses include LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent.
- Be fluent in English and Spanish and able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish.
- Have a master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
- Be comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
- Experience with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
- Medicare billing experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults via telehealth.
- Conduct therapy sessions fluently in Spanish and meet patients in their language and cultural context.
- Build individualized treatment plans around each patient's goals and needs.
- Manage a caseload and make clinical decisions with support from the care team.
- Complete documentation in the EMR using AI-assisted notes.
- Join regular, paid case consultations with clinical leaders.
