Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Proxy Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Experience delivering digital products for mobile devices and/or web browsers.
- Practical experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
- Knowledge of BDD and Gherkin syntax.
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience using Figma, including prototypes and wireframes.
- Ability to lead workshops and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Good spoken and written English for day-to-day collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Support the Product Owner in managing, refining, and updating the product backlog.
- Gather and analyze business needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Define functional scope and acceptance scenarios using BDD and Gherkin.
- Coordinate with UX, architecture, development, QA, business, and customer service teams to clarify requirements and dependencies.
- Run workshops and backlog refinement sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
- Support sprint and iteration planning, balancing business value, priorities, and technical feasibility.
- Answer development team questions and resolve requirements-related issues during delivery.
- Monitor feature readiness for testing and update business stakeholders on delivery status.
- Use AI tools to optimize and automate daily tasks and improve processes.
- Prepare and present product demos after iterations.
