Requirements
- Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a related product and process management role.
- Experience in banking, finance, or another highly regulated environment.
- Practical knowledge of BPM platforms and business process automation.
- Experience designing and managing end-to-end processes across multiple systems and organizational areas.
- Knowledge of Business Process Management, process transformation, and business process optimization.
- Ability to work with architects, technology teams, and business teams to define process solutions.
- Experience with system integrations and APIs.
- Knowledge of compliance, data security, and regulatory requirements in the financial sector.
- A higher education degree; STEM fields such as computer science, mathematics, engineering, automation, or telecommunications are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise BPM platform strategy, product vision, roadmap, and scaling direction.
- Own the design and development of process architecture supporting business process automation.
- Design and coordinate end-to-end processes spanning multiple systems, customer service channels, and organizational units.
- Translate business objectives into functional requirements, process solutions, and BPM platform architecture.
- Design solutions that address compliance, data security, auditability, and operational resilience requirements.
- Define BPM platform integrations with central systems, digital solutions, CRM systems, and APIs.
- Identify and develop initiatives in process automation, Process Intelligence, Business Process Management, and Hyperautomation.
- Manage process transformation while addressing technical debt, system dependencies, and operational risks.
- Prioritize technology initiatives and investments based on business value, process efficiency, and customer experience; monitor process performance and product goals.
