Job Details

Have very good knowledge of MySQL and experience designing database structures.
Have experience working with Oracle databases.
Have practical AWS experience, particularly with Amazon RDS.
Have experience with SQL code reviews and query optimization.
Be able to create scripts and automate processes using Bash, Python, or similar tools.
Have very good knowledge of English.
Be able to create high-quality technical documentation.
Be able to work effectively under time pressure and meet tight deadlines.
MySQL or AWS certifications are a plus.
Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations, such as GDPR, is a plus.

Design, develop, and maintain MySQL and Oracle database structures.
Manage AWS RDS databases, focusing on high availability, performance, and security.
Design and implement backup strategies and data recovery procedures.
Automate database scaling, monitoring, and recovery processes.
Optimize SQL queries with development teams and review SQL queries and scripts.
Monitor, analyze, and tune database performance.
Conduct security audits and maintain compliance with applicable standards.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Participate in architecture discussions and database infrastructure decisions.
