Requirements
- Have at least 10 years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in customer-facing or embedded roles.
- Have backend development experience in one or more of Python, Node.js, or Java.
- Have frontend experience with modern frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Have hands-on experience with LLM tooling and patterns, including prompt chaining, vector search, and context management.
- Have experience designing and implementing REST or GraphQL APIs, orchestration pipelines, and integrations with vector databases and LLM frameworks.
- Have practical cloud and DevOps knowledge, including CI/CD, containers, and infrastructure-as-code on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Be able to design distributed systems for performance, reliability, and security.
- Have experience working directly with customer stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Be fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of production-ready LLM-enabled applications, including backend services, data orchestration, LLM pipelines, and frontend integrations.
- Work alongside strategic customer teams to diagnose problems, identify AI opportunities, and adapt, deploy, and iterate solutions in live environments.
- Design and implement APIs, orchestration pipelines, vector database integrations, LLM framework integrations, and UI components.
- Create reusable libraries, SDKs, prompts, scaffolds, and documentation for future customer engagements.
- Share field-tested insights with platform and product teams to inform internal tooling and the Now AI Platform roadmap.
- Debug distributed systems, tune latency, and implement monitoring and observability.
- Deploy and operate solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP using CI/CD, containers, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Lead implementations from zero to one and balance MVP iteration with long-term scalability.
